The Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning purchasing process follows the Broader Public Sector Directives and applicable legislation. Our goal is to obtain best value for Conestoga in a fair, transparent and ethical manner.
We award contracts through formal competitive process (bids), through the quote process or through the utilization of purchasing cooperative contracts such as OECM. All pre-approved contractors must register and submit requested documents to Conestoga through the CDMS system prior to start of work. Note there is a non-refundable annual $100 registration fee. Please follow the instructions below to register.
- Fill out Conestoga's contractor registration form (payment required).
- This process will create your account on CDMS and issue a Conestoga receipt number and user ID.
- Using that information, log into the CDMS website and complete the process.
